HEY GUYS im at Tioman with my uni peeps! =D Heh heh. SO FUN! hahahaha

I board the bus at 6.20am, the bus left about 5-10mins later. The bus is waiting infront of the advertisment: Tiffany and Co, Dior and Tissot.
It is white based in colour, with thick blue strips. =)

Do remember to bring jacket as its quite cold! =)

And, by the way do not tell those on the coach how much u guys are paying! =)

and, u guys will alight at Tanjong Gemok, and tell the person who gives out the ticket that u are gg to Island reef resort, then can alr. =)

Hi tioman-goers,

(U can jus read all the red wordings.)

We are going on 8th to 10th May, Friday to Sunday.

As it spans across a public hols cum weekend, my aunt say no choice gotta increase in $10 due to the increase in transport cost. So total will be $169.

On 8th May, most likely the place to meet will be either Newton circus or Far East plaza Carpark area. Should be 6.15am to reach there. But i suppose taking a cab at 6am sharp from Jurong will be ok. Because coach leaves at 6.30am, but well, dun take too much risk! hahaha. So 4 ppl can share a cab. Like weiyuan, hongyi, koksin and wenlong.

Then yeeloong, u wanna share a cab with sophie and james? :D

aiya, this kind of thing I no need plan right. hahaha. :D

When u board the taxi tell the uncle u rushing for time, so he can step on accelerator like petrol is FOC one.

ANYWAY.

Prepare $169. I dunno how my aunt is going to collect the money.

Btw, my aunt is call Roseanne. U can call her pretty rose, as pretty as me, or u can call her roseanne, minus any auntie please. hahaha

In tioman, we'll be staying in Resort-style rooms.

So its like 2 king size bed. 1 toilet. 1 dressing table. 1 air-con.

And kok sin jus say he went there before and commented that there got nothing to do. hahaha.

And Wen long jus passed his driving with 4 points. LOWER than his O levels score leh. WOW. hahahaha.

Hey guys,

Chian wen and I are thinking of organising this mini trip to Tioman Island somewhere around May. It should be spanning across the weekend as most of the guys in our class are working, and hence will only be free in the weekends. :)

So tentatively, I'm thinking any weekends in may or june or July, basically summer break. :) Best is to have it before the uni-girls start to intern which is on 11/05/09, which means, TIOMAN ON THE FIRST WEEK OF MAY. hahahaha.

But if response to first week of may is pretty bad, then we'll have it on like a most-well-received weekend. :)

So, people go tioman for snorkelling activities, trekking, rockfall, bbq, drink by the beach at night. :) Its quite a relaxing trip. SO go relax before your sch starts! :D

it will be 3d2n, and should cost arnd $160, transport, lodging and food all included. :) so its pretty worth it. If we're gg on a weekend, the cost might go up by $20. MIGHT. (btw, my aunt is working in Tioman-island, thts why the price is relatively cheaper!!! SO WHY NOT GO right!) And, the trip to Tioman is kinda irritating because you have to spend 5hrs on transport? But well, we're gg in a grp so it shld be ok la. :) Tioman is in Malaysia. And we'll travel by bus/van to a jetty in m'sia, then take a speed boat to Tioman. =)

Well, if we are set on gg on the first week of May, we gotta confirm everything by early April, and tt's when my exams set in. =(

okies.. finally decided on what activities for class outing this sat le.. majority wanted east coast.. some nv reply.. n so far hongyi overseas n koksin got duty on that day so wun b goin.. sophie mayb got event cant go oso.. wenlong nd to leave early.. yaojun n weiyuan most prob join in e evening..

so to accomodate most ppl.. we'll go east coast cycling or roller blade.. then we'll go cheverons for singing! =] any objections? haha..

i'll msg e details later today.. yep yep..

meet 12pm juro east.. (eat at hm first k?) then we'll reach east coast latest by 1.30pm.. then we'll cycle for 3hrs.. wash up everything n makan somewhr there.. til ard 6.30pm.. then we'll either take bus 197 fr e HDB there straight to juro east or tak bus fr there to city hall n change mrt.. if scare e bus journey will b very long.. yep yep.. that's bout it bah.. haha..

The Hitman and the Golfer

Thanks to Hong Yi's suggestion! I decided to make a so called class's blog calender like maybe a week before the beginning of each month just like the one above. Although there is a kind of small calendar which we can put at the side (like the tagboard), I think it is less noticeable and have to click on the bold numbers to see the events which is kind of troublesome. Ladies and Genteel Men, there has been a request for a BBQ some time later this year. Venue will be at Zhengxian's place (like the last one if you were present), $$$ needed.... Well, I think we can sort that out later!! Not too nice to talk about it so early!! Haha...

More importantly, I need some feedback on which date to pick for the BBQ. Someone suggested 29th Dec. Any other suggestions? Any alternative date that is better - more people available?

It's been a long long time since I wrote anything here. Part of the reason is that I have forgotten the user name and password. But after a series of trial and error, I manage to find my way in! The other part of the reason is due to the fact that I don't know what to say and am also lazy to post anything.

Anyway, now that I am writing this post, I have my reason to do so. I just wanted to share some useful sites with everyone. The websites might look boring, dull, stupid, etc, however, I think that they would come in handy when you are frustrated, angry, depressed, or have nothing better to do. The articles in there are enriching and motivational to a certain extent. It's like reading those books that enhances your senses or minds, just that this time round, it's in the form of a Blog or a website.

Since I have not post for such a long time, please pardon me for blabbering. Okay, here comes the main characters of this article:

Part 3 - Sodagreen (Highly Recommend)

Sodagreen - A band with 6 talented people. When I first heard one of their songs, 小情歌 on Yes 933 while working, I really like it a lot. I did not know who was the singer then and I thought the singer was a female all the while. Then, my colleague told me the singer is a male and I got a shock. Haha. He is the lead singer from the band and his name is 青峰. I like his 忽男忽女 and 收放自如的歌声 which has 魅惑听觉的神奇美感. This year, they won the Best Melody and Best Band during the 18th Taiwan Golden Melody Awards.

They will be having their first concert in Singapore on 11 August, 7.45pm at The Republic Cultural Centre. I feel like going. Any sponsor? I do not mind the $50 one. Haha. Click here for the details. They will also be in NTU on 12 August. Yeah! They will be one of the judges for the Chinese Songwriting Competition Grand Finals organised by NTU. THe weather is.... Weird these days. It was bright and sunny like 1 hr ago and now... Hmmmz. Put my block's cleaner's effort to waste since they just wash my corridor not long ago. Aw~

hey everyone.. i'm back! back fr my Scamp! nus sci camp.. 5 days 4 nite.. overall.. tiring but fun la.. cos got chianwen wif mi mah.. hahaz.. but nv go really crazy s compared to JJ orientation camp thou..

juz share wif u guys some activities i remembered most bah.. hahaz..

e 1st one came to my mind is 'appreciation night'.. i'm so touched that i cried after evrything.. hahaz.. before e appreciation night begins, everyone was watching 2 ghost movies in LT.. 1 is Doll Master, another i forgot name liao cos i was slpin after e 1st movie.. too tired liao.. only slept bout 3 hrs every nite k? so watch halfway, my OG was asked to go out.. excited liao.. appreciation night leh.. tot got what performance for us.. OG by OG de somemore.. then go 1 place whr got 1 lorry cum fetch.. so happily hop on lorry.. brought to an wu lu place.. pasir panjang ITE.. OMG! =X appreciation night = FRIGHT NIGHT.. then everyone formed pairs for gal n guy.. but my OG only 4 guys 10 gals.. so 3 gals 1 grp.. at 1st still ok.. i walked infront.. 1 station not scary.. until 2nd station.. it's a toilet.. task is to find a toy for e ghost.. so i kicked 1 door after another.. until 5th door.. Ah.. 1 stupid senior scared mi la.. my heart really cant tak it liao.. but nv cry yet.. so after that, i was feelin quite scared liao n abit listless.. after all e station, hop on to lorry, bek to sch.. then on lorry, i was very quiet.. then a few were asking i ok anot.. i said ok loh.. then reached sch.. after alight, i told chianwen i feel lik crying.. n out my tears came.. hahaz.. so cried n cried.. felt so much better after that.. really thanks to chianwen's shoulder! my hero! hahaz..

another activity is Secret Pal Talk.. whereby everyone wil b blind folded n brought to different places within e faculy building.. everyone got a grp de.. eg lik minnie, mickey, popeye, olive, beauty, beast.. so got 2 nite is chat wif ur SP loh.. until 4th day, we had dinner together at underwater world.. buffet de.. my SP ok la.. cos he's a crasher.. 24 yrs old.. finis degree in melbourne, now NS.. 163cm etc.. then chianwen gotta a female cos more females mah.. chianwen de really abit bad experience.. kharma.. hahaz.. leave it to her to share bah if she wants.. hahaz..

hmm.. others games de not bad loh.. yep.. then cheer n cheer etc..

but really.. guys arh.. u all should go for e camp when it's ur turn.. cos really got quite a few pretty, cute n chio bu.. gd for guys.. but for gals.. sadded.. cw n i nv manage to spot any tallie.. haha.. except 2,3 seniors.. hahaz.. those guys who went for e camp.. really r ok loh.. some r there to seek attention.. rmb got 1.. always wear high cut red running shorts.. then nails paint white.. got abit of moustach at chin there.. etc.. really alot of different ppl fr east, west, north, south loh.. get to know more ppl la..

The class outing will be on next saturday, 23 June, since most of you prefer to have it on that day.. We will most probably meet in the afternoon, at around 2.30pm at Buona Vista MRT station. The meeting time will be confirmed when the day draws near. Yup.

Those who are able to go for the outing next sat: Kenny (will leave early), Beng Kian, Jun Long, Hongyi, Yee Loong, Serene, Yao Jun, Jing Ngei, Li Ting, Jin Lin (will leave early), Xiao Jun, Mei Hong, Sophie (will leave at around 6pm), Chian Wen (will join us after work, most probably for dinner).

Heys..

I am thinking of organising a class outing at Settlers Cafe where we can play all kinds of board games and card games. We can also have our meals there if you all want. It's located at Holland Village..Well, since most of us are only free during weekends or at night, there are 2 packages we can take up.

First package: the cost is $5.90+, It includes 1 drink, 1 dessert and 1 hour of gaming per table (of course, the gaming time includes the time we spent eating there). We can pay the extra cost to extend the gaming time.. For this package, it's available daily from 3pm to 8pm.

Second Package: I think we still can be considered as students? Well, this is for students. We can enjoy 10% off our total bill if we go there and chill out on either, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, after 6pm.

Yup, so any comments/suggestions can tag on the tagboard.. The date is not confirm yet...Any preferred dates can tag on the tagboard also.

The class blog seems to be quite lifeless. As I am beginning to feel guilty for being so free, I shall add some life to this blog. =)

We had a class outing last saturday at East Coast Park..

We no longer had "circle gathering".

And after some cycling and roller-blading, we finally decided to go IMM for dinner. We waited very long for the bus.. and we took the wrong direction. hahas. But never mind. It's a blessing in disguise! We got to sit back, relax and enjoy the air-con longer! ^^ Xiao Jun went to MayDay's concert after that. Jin Lin didn't join us for dinner too. The rest of us had ramen for dinner..I had a hard time eating it though. haha. After that, we met Kok Sin And Xin Ruey...shopped around for a while and most of us went home after that.

In the end, Yee Loong, Ming Xiong, Jing Ngei and I went to play K Pool. I am so lousy at it. I can't start the game. Can't get the technique right! But it's fun playing pool with them. At least they don't blame me for causing them to lose. =X

And..the day ended.

Hmm, the feeling of cycling as fast as you could is great. Hope I can do that again some time soon.

Hope the class outing at East Coast Park has helped to release some of the stress that all of us faced, be it from work, studies or personal matters. The outing has helped to lighten up my mood a little. =)

Look forward to the next class outing! It will be in about 2 weeks time...am I right, Jin Lin? ^^

alright.. uploaded this photo.. rainbow! if u look carefully there's 2 rainbow.. 1 abit more fade de.. anyway.. so.. today.. is 2 days after we gotten our results.. e results that we've struggled for that 1 yr plus close to 2 yrs.. hmm.. e one moment e results is in my hand, it marks e end of my career s a student.. one who listens to teachings, doing hw, exams etc.. it doesn't mean i not going for uni.. juz that uni life is really totally diff bah.. more independent.. n really needs lots n lots of SDSM.. yep..

hahaz.. gonna c u guys in 2 days time.. excited? nervous? anxious? mixed feelings though.. after studying for 2 years or less than that.. finally we gonna see how our friuts have grown liao.. hopefully everyone get big juicy sweet fruits!

anyway.. i'm really happy today.. i'm really fortunate to have gotten such a great job.. work in such a great department.. n meet lotsa great people.. yep.. today, i received my 1st ever flowers! hahaz.. not from a guy too bad.. hahaz.. kidding la.. hmm.. it's fr e staff in my department.. cos i'm leaving my receptionist job liao le.. sadded.. e pregnant lady i'm taking over is back on fri.. but luckily, got vacancy in another department, so i'll be going there on fri because they nd ppl urgent.. so fri gonna work half day.. also good la.. if not wake up in e morning nth to do.. hahaz.. still rmb e morning when we gonna get O levels results i was tear-ing.. hahaz.. not due to results though..

Hi everyone, I do not why I feel like blogging and so here I am.. Haha..

Anyway.. I do not really look foward to the 2 shows at 7pm on both channels.. And so I never watch until on the 2nd day of Chinese New Year.. I got nothing to do during the evening at my grandma's house since I could not play the mahjong since it was full.. Sian.. And so I just watch whatever that was on the screen.. And I thought the 'Hua Yang Shao Nian Shao Nu' on channel U was quite funny at times.. And so I have been watching it these days too.. At the same time, I will recall weiyuan's blog entry about the show.. Haha.. For me, I feel that Wang Dong Cheng's acting is more kua zhang than Ella's.. However his kua zhang acting seems more natural than hers which makes him cute.. Lol.. And when I first saw Fei Lun Hai.. I felt that Wu Zun's look was the most 'tu chu' one.. However.. As I watch the show.. I doubt so.. I feel that Wang Dong Cheng's look is more 'lasting'.. Lol.. But I like to watch how Wu Zun cares for Ella in the show.. Hehe.. Anyway the song at the end of show is really nice too..

Talking about shows.. I still prefer watching Hong Kong shows than Taiwan ones.. Like Triumph In The Skies, War And Beauty and the recent show which I will watch for sure every night.. Angels Of Mission 3D.. Hong Kong shows never fail to disappoint me.. Haha.. And the 3 main actresses were once Miss Hong Kong.. Even a female can be attracted to them.. Lol.. Do not think too much.. Haha..

Hmm.. I feel like watching Jolin's upcoming concert each time I see her concert ad on the tv.. Though I am not her fan.. Hopefully I can win her concert's tickets at some lucky draws.. But doubt there is any so far.. Haha.. Anyway.. Mayday is coming to Singapore from 16 to 18 March.. Haha.. So excited.. Just like Niu Lang and Zhi Nu who meet only once a year.. Lol.. Speaking about these 2 characters reminds me about the 9pm show on channel 8.. Quite funny too.. Haha..

Oh.. I went to a person's blog just now.. I shall not say how she is related to me.. Haha.. And what caught my attention was that she remembers something about me.. I do not expect she will know.. Both are obtained from MOE site. Therefore, I think 'A' level results should be released either in the last week of February (if MOE releases it early) or in the first week of March. alright.. glad that i met up with some of you yesterday to have dinner and to celebrate meihong's birthday.. yep.. too bad i've to left at 8.20pm for my bursary which supposed to report at 7.30pm.. ended up i ran into the school upon seeing many many people left.. so i entered.. and all the "big" people are taking photos.. hahaz.. so i waited they finished taking photos liao then a sir approached me and i got my $300..

alright enough of that..

hmm.. nowadays nothing much to share except for my work.. yep.. 1st 2 days quite clumsy.. hahaz.. mistakes here and there.. but human learn from mistakes right? yep.. so gradually getting used to my work liao.. although i still always look forward to 5.27pm when i'll start to pack up.. hahaz..

but thursday.. oh my god.. i actually didn't have the feel to leave early.. because of a little boy.. hahaz.. he's sooooo cute la.. too bad.. 1 year old plus only.. hahaz.. his mum came here to find a colleague.. then the boy very active la.. so i gave him a sweet to eat.. hahaz.. and he smiled! then started to run around the receptionist table to attract my attention.. hahaz.. so young like that liao.. but really a cute boy.. of course i still left at 5.30pm..

and friday.. which is yesterday.. felt quite happy working though.. started to have small little chat with my colleagues there.. yep.. then the manager from claims department gave me a organizer.. hmm.. the people there are really friendly.. not all la.. but most of those whom i met are.. yep..

too bad.. good things have to come to an end.. my receptionist job ends at 1st March 2007.. sadded.. because the recept on maternity leave going to be back.. so must start to keep a look out for another job liao.. hahaz.. though someone higher rank than me told me if after 1st March 2007 got other work will let me continue, but i doubt the chance is high since there're quite a few candidates coming for interview for permanent post.. yep..

k la.. that's bout it for my 1st week of work.. overall is quite ok.. not very tough though.. because i'm new and so couldn't assess to alot of files and so, couldn't do much work.. yep.. but working definitely makes one grow.. more independent.. more mature mindset.. grow fatter too? hahaz.. because i'm always sitting, except when going for lunch and toilet.. hahaz.. so sometimes i'll walk home from cck.. exercise and of course, save $$$!

anyway.. last last night i'm trying very hard to cut and cut our budget.. so i decided to get my mum to marinate chicken wings.. yep.. cheaper alot.. hahaz.. so there'll be 30 wings and 30 joint.. got a few (about 20) are abit spicy de.. yep.. then also don't have stingray because my dad said this few days no stingray.. yep.. have also very ex.. so don't have that liao.. but still got prawns.. so as usual will have 2kg prawns.. yep..

Christmas cake with a difference

1 cup of water
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup of brown sugar
Lemon juice
4 large eggs
Nuts
1 bottle vodka
2 cups of dried fruit

Sample the vodka to check quality. Take a large bowl, check the vodka again. To be sure it is the highest quality, pour one level cup and drink.

Repeat.

Turn on the electric mixer. Beat one cup of butter in a large fluffy bowl.

Add one teaspoon of sugar. Beat again.

At this point it is best to make sure the vodka is shtill OK. Try another cup ... just in case.

Turn off the mixerer. Break 2 leggs and add to the bowl and chuck in the cup of dried fruit.

Pick fruit off floor. Mix on the turner. If the fried druit gets stuck in the beaterers pry it loose with a sdrewscriver. Sample the vodka to check for tonsisticity.

Next, sift two cups of salt. Or something. Who giveshz a shit. Check the vodka.

Now shift the lemon juice and strain your nuts. Add one table. Add a spoon of sugar, or somefink. Whatever you can find.

Greash the oven. Turn the cake tin 360 degrees and try not to fall over.

Don't forget to beat off the turner. Finally, throw the bowl through the window, finish the vodka and kick the cat. Fall into bed.

because we book tickets last min, couldn't get direct flight to melbourne.. so went to sydney then transfer to melbourne..

this is e view when i looked out from e balcony of e 1st house i stayed in.. e field is very big! stayed 1 day only..

after unload our luggage.. walked to this place.. sorta museum..

taken outside e museum also.. very windy, so my hair like that.. hahaz.. this is a perpetual flame.. cool isn't it?

went to DFO (direct factory outlets) area for shopping.. things are alot more cheaper.. n this is e place i went when urgent.. hahaz.. toilet! very interesting isn't it? this toilet is found along some streets.. inside is all automatic de.. hahaz.. press a button then got seat cover come out.. put ur finger over a sensor got toilet paper come out.. then it's flush automatically when u wash hand.. soap, water n hand dryer oso all use sensor.. high tech sia! then when u comin out oso put finger over a sensor.. but guess what.. it only limit u to use e toilet for 10min.. after 10min e door will open automatically (but i dnt try, so not sure whether it's true not)..

my bro drove us to this place.. Mt don't know what.. hahaz.. n this is called The Australiana Tree.. designed n sculpted by an artist over 3 wks in April n May this yr.. yep.. nice right? n there's also a wishing tree there..

n met beng n yang.. hahaz.. my bro drove us to very very far where i saw horses, lotsa cowes, sheep, koala (very cute.. i found it on e tree top.. hahaz..), goat..

It has been more than a year now since I last posted anything on this blog. It has taken me quite a deal of self-discipline to restrain myself from posting. It quite silly now that I think of it, as I made a pact to myself that I will not post anything for one year. One year is not too long a wait I guess.

This year has not exactly been the same as the previous year to me. In fact, it’s very different. Last year seems to be a more joyful year, but this year, many things have changed. Things that were so sacred to me aren’t anymore. It seems that our class has changed too. This year has been a rocky year, not as smooth as 2005. There were many setbacks this year, many blows to my mental state and stress has reached an unprecedented level in my life, at least for now.

I have been thinking a lot this past year, reflecting a little bit about everything around me. Considering my options, paths I will embark on, and what is the right thing to do. Still sometimes there are regrets, I guess regrets are inevitable and I must learn to deal with them. Perhaps I might regret what I am about to do next, but still I think I will just go ahead with it. I will be giving everyone in 05s28 a very honest feedback of who you are and how you are to me.

Here I go…

Chian Wen

I can remember you are as chatty person, willing to help others and are pretty matured in your thinking, just that you are a little negative towards certain aspects that you do not fair as well as compared to others. Quite a cheerful person and have an easygoing personality.

Liting

Miss Cai here is a little mischievous, always “fooling around” in class. But again, I think it’s her contagious laughter that lightens up lessons. I would call it style or perhaps personality as her laughter is bold but yet, it is an honest and straightforward way to express her happiness.

Xiao Jun

Very hardworking, however, I would say you always work hard but not smart. Very unique person, as far as I remember, you are the only person that I know who is like that, very simple and naïve in your thinking. It might be a blessing as “sha ren you sha fu” but I still think you should try to think further, think more, think faster, don’t always restrain yourself from doing more thinking. The world outside is quite complex I would say, so you must “jia ba jing”, or not next time might “chi da kui”.

Mei Hong

A cheerful person and is rather careful in her behaviour. I would say you’re well disciplined and knows when to get serious about things. Able to handle stress well I think. It seems to me that you are pretty quiet, mostly a listener and less of a speaker. Nothing bad about it though, cause everyone has some qualities unique to oneself.

Jin Lin

You’re a very matured thinker, a good helper, and a good listener who is very consistent and focused in your work, knowing when to have fun and when to get serious. However, I feel you may be too kind and willing to sacrifice this and that for the class that somehow the class seems to be spoon-fed by you. I do not know if that is good or bad, but I do feel that sometimes there are some things that should be left to others to complete. Especially when you go out to the society in the future, you might “chi kui” if you do not fend for yourself. All in all, it has been really great meeting you.

Jiayi

Somehow, it feels like you’re not very cheerful, feels to me like you’ve lots of problems. To me I think its really tough trying to be happy when sometimes it’s just not so simple to. Anyway, I think you’re someone who prefers to control matters, a bit authoritative I think. But then again, that might not be a bad thing. Maybe that’s what they call character.

Sophie

You’re another one with a contagious laughter. Somehow, I think you’re a nice person to talk to, but again, I think you should learn or rather try to speak slower. You’ve been very helpful and responsible though you can be quite “playful” at times. Sometimes you’re quite stubborn, but I guess that makes you Sophie. I won’t say its something bad; in fact I think it is something special, something more positive than negative. But there will be certain times when it’s better not to be stubborn, so I think it will be good if you can exercise a little self restrain.

Zhi Yao

I think you’re very objective, perhaps a little too focus that sometimes you become a little selfish. Must spare a thought for others sometimes and be careful with your words. Other than that, I think you’re very hardworking, and quite easy going. You have your own character, which I have no qualms about.

Jun Long

You’re someone I find quite easy to get along with. You always stand be your beliefs and is firm on your views. I think this shows a strong character, one that is straightforward, firm yet not too overpowering. I think you just need to polish up a little on speech and you’ll make a great speaker.

Mingyang

You’ve yet another one who’s very objective and focus on your work. Plus I think you know when to play and when to work, pretty organised thinker. You seem a little happy-go-lucky, but somehow, I think you’re still very ambitious, which is good. I guess that’s how you’re able to handle both studies and social life well. To be honest, I’ve the most faith in you. Although you seem “juvenile” in your behaviour, I feel that your thinking is matured when you are serious. But somehow, you tend not to be serious often. You are a quick thinker and fast learner who is both competitive and determined. However, you seem not to have found that edge, not just yet. But I believe you’ll excel in the future, the key lies in your hands, whether you want to do it or not.

Hong Yi

You’re a big man with a big ego. I think you’re really a person with great determination, able to achieve what you set yourself to do. You too are very competitive and never give up. This undying spirit displays a strong character. Sometimes I might feel that you are arrogant, but after thinking about it, I feel that that is just the character that a commando needs. That’s no wonder you got selected for it. Some people just have such unique personality, and you are one of them.

Kok Sin

A little playful and mischievous, but I think that serves only to brighten up my life in school. With people like you around fills the atmosphere with fun. Yet again, I think you are one who knows when to play and when to work, and is very focus and serious when it comes to important work. You also have lots of self-confidence though you seldom express it directly. I guess that makes you a little shy and humble.

Kenny

Mr Shen, you’re another one who brings laughter and joy. You’re ever active and chatty. However, that might also be a disadvantage as you might be misunderstood as kidding when you’re actually serious. But I think you with your ego should be able to handle that well. Knowing you has been a pleasure as you’ve been easy to chat with, joke with and laugh with.

Ming Xiong

Well, I think you’re rather straightforward, seldom holding back negative comments. Maybe that’s being honest. You’re another hardworking one, always going that extra mile, which I guess has paid off.

Wei Yuan

I think you’re great you know, but it seems that you lack self-confidence. Well, I think you’ve been handling things really well. I like the way you comment about things with sarcasm, it sounds really powerful or forceful in a calm manner. How cool is that!

Beng Kian

You’re one of a kind, having a rather weird personality. Guess you’re yet another one with lots of confidence in yourself. You’re someone who is able to work wonders if you want to. Responsible but yet quite worrying as sometimes the way you handle things at the last minute though effective, can be quite risky. I will remember you as the hyperactive guy who is always enthusiastic about everything. Somehow, it makes you seem younger than you are. Maybe that’s good in a sense. However, sometimes I feel it’s difficult to keep up with your enthusiasm, as it is too overwhelming.

You’ve been fun to talk to, and I sincerely enjoy your company. You are somewhat different from the others as I feel that the joy you bring is milder, something just enough to bring a smile to my face. I feel that you’re well disciplined and clear-headed (a good boy). It’s been my pleasure getting to know you.

alright.. from 2nd Nov which is tomorrow.. we'll embark on a journey to our future.. yep.. it will determine our future path in life?

and 20 Nov (a few more days later for scholars).. it'll mark the beginning of our freedom from the many years.. to be exact.. 12 or 13 years of education.. and at the same time, it is the end of us being called a student.. our expenses will inevitably increase tremendously.. no more student meal at various fast food restaurants.. =[ no more student fares when taking public transport ( recently got some discussion about this in newspaper).. sadded.. no more $27.50 bus concession.. hahaz..

the thought of being freed from being a student does put me in a dilemma.. maybe or rather is because i have not decided on which path to take after being 12 years of student.. hahaz.. it leads to a question "you mean you are just studying for the seek of studying?".. not really.. because in singapore, to have a better future, education qualification seems to be the foundation.. someone once commented, "you don't have very good looks, so you better study well.." a comment made to me last year? yep..

alright.. shall stop crapping.. hahaz..

my life in JJ has really made me grow up, learning lotsa stuff from everyone around me, the smiles, the laughter, the tears, the troubled me, the helpless me are what i've experienced, and the last day i was telling sophie taht before i came JJ i cried, before i get O'level results i cried, orientation revelation i cried, after that i cried over some matter also, so i said to myself taht each time i cried, i've gained something and have grown up, too bad never grow tall (hahaz.. stagnant liao..), for you guys, i'll remember the moments spent together and the memories shall stay just like a sentence without a full-stop (hahaz.. analogy..)

hmm.. long time no blog..

today's weather.. COLD! take care guys..

hmm.. just now after school.. went central area with parents to eat at a very old coffee shop.. yummy! drinking hot soup with extremely heavy rain pouring.. the feeling is so warm.. =]

then went to a traditional bakery shop to buy some food.. hmm.. i think those old, traditional food is still better bah.. rare and tasty.. unlike now.. those new shops everywhere also have..

hmm.. then went to bukit timah plaza NTUC.. cause it's big! hahaz.. and i bought ice cream!

hmm.. happy time passes quickly.. so does exam time.. last 1 week still revising at home.. and now.. 5 days of papers have gone.. fast! and 5 more days later.. you'll find yourself playing, lauhing, enjoying life like no end.. hahaz.. everyone is looking forward to it bah.. bear with it.. for now.. stay focus still.. maths paper 2.. chem apper 1 & 2.. FM paper 2.. when you're tired of studying.. don't give up.. because you're not the one! let's jia you together bah!

hmm.. have a little break when you're tired and can't concentrate bah.. a little break can allow you to move further and focus better..

At a faculty meeting, deep in thought, the dean absently rubs his coffee mug ... and unexpectedly finds himself face to face with a genie, who offers the dean his choice of infinite wealth, wisdom, or beauty. Without hesitating, the dean selects infinite wisdom.

"Done!" says the genie (with an evil grin), and disappears in a cloud of smoke and a bolt of lightning.

All heads turn toward the dean. At length, one of his colleagues breaks the silence to whisper, "Say something."

Prescription

This patient goes to the doctor to get a prescription, which the doctor writes out in the usual illegible handwriting. Seems the patient, having put it into his pocket, forgot to have it filled.

Every morning for two years he showed it to the conductor as a railway pass. Twice it got him into the movies, once into the baseball park, once into the symphony. At work he got a raise by showing it as a note from his boss.

One day he misplaced it. His daughter picked it up, played it on the piano, and won a scholarship to the Faculty of Music.
